“Le Ortensie” is definitely our flagship, with two areas, an external and an internal. Our precious and refined kitchen always respected the traditions of Versilia with fish and meat dishes always varied and well cooked by our chefs who naturally prefer local, zero km products.
We could not help serving the most important meal of the day in our Pine garden. Cookies, pastries, homemade cakes, pancakes, are just some of the specialties we can offer. A rich breakfast with a selection of jams, honey, homemade focaccia, sliced meats and cheeses, but also yoghurt, cereals, fresh seasonal fruit and much more.

Every day the restaurant “Le Ortensie” gives life to a dip in the traditional local cuisine with particular attention to the real King of Versilia: excellent, fine fish, always fresh and of the highest quality. Our menus are composed of a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 3 desserts and always at your disposal a rich buffet of fresh, zero km vegetables. Lunch is served on the outside veranda and dinner in our indoor lounge.
Every Thursday evening a special buffet: from June to mid-September a delicious hot and cold buffet awaits you on the terrace.
